Automatic Small Juice Soda Sparkling Water Beer Wine Beverage
This machine incorporates washing, filling, and capping into one
and is a kind of full-automatic equipment. It is widely used for
alcohol, grape wine, soy sauce, vinegar and so on. The machine
adopts a plain cam structure and vacuum air-breathing principle
making filling easy and stable. The machine structure is simple and
its performance is reliable, it is widely used for many types of
bottles. Meanwhile, it has a precise filling level,no bottle break,
and leakage, easy operate and maintain.
Application: Carbonated soda beverage filling production line is suitable for
the following types of filling:
1. Fruit juice carbonated drinks. Refers to the original juice
content not less than 2.5% of carbonated drinks;
2. Fruity carbonated drinks. Refers to the fruity edible essence as
the main flavoring agent, the original juice content is less than
2.5% of carbonated drinks;
3. Cola carbonated drinks. Refers to a carbonated beverage
containing caramel color, coke essence or a spicy or fruity flavor
similar to that of cola nuts and fruits;
4. Low calorie carbonated beverages. Refers to various types of
carbonated drinks and soda water with sweetener in place of sugar
in whole or in part, with calories less than 75kJ/100mL;
5. Other types of carbonated drinks. Refers to contains the plant
extracts or the non-fruity edible essence as the composition and
supplement the human body after the exercise lost electrolytes,
energy carbonated drinks, such as sports soda. Loss of
electrolytes, energy, etc. after exercise in carbonated drinks,
such as sports soda, etc.
After the bottle enters the host machine, it enters the bottle
punching machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle
clip clips the bottle mouth and turns it 180° upward along the
bottle rail, making the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area
of the bottle rinsing machine (determined by the water distributor
-- the bottle rinsing water is pumped into the water distributor by
the bottle rinsing pump, and then distributed to the bottle rinsing
clamp by the water distributor through 8 pipelines), sterile water
is sprayed from the bottle rinsing nozzle to flush the inner wall
of the bottle.
Using high precision, high speed quantitative filling valve, liquid
level accurate without liquid loss, to ensure good filling quality.
Besides, filling system adopts the bottle-feeding method with
bottom support to avoid secondary contamination of the bottle
mouth. Using the principle of equal pressure filling, filling
speed, liquid level control stability.
Advanced cap-tightener structure: magnetic force is used in
cap-tightener. Torque is adjusted in line with various caps, which
is suitable for all kinds of plastic caps. Tooth profile device is
used in choosing caps. Checking device is set at the bottom slide.
